Travel is powerful for those who are seeking to reconnect to their true self and those who find themselves on a healing journey.
Christine Winebrenner Irick is the Founder of Lotus Sojourns and Host of the Soul of Travel Podcast. Christine creates and guides transformational journeys for her travel company Lotus Sojourns. She is a natural connector and is dedicated to creating space for women to authentically connect around the world. Christine wants women to embrace their purpose and know themselves as valuable and equal members of this global community.
You can also hear her celebrate impactful work throughout the tourism industry on her Soul of Travel podcast, where she is recording the third season honoring women Shaping Our Future. Soul of Travel was recently nominated for a Bessie Award in the Wanderful category as a brand that has gone above and beyond to support, empower, and represent women in the past year. Christine recently launched Lotus CommuniTees, a brand that gives back to the communities and organizations she connects with on Sojourns who have been impacted by the loss of travel and economic burdens related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Christine has three daughters she loves to explore with and plans to spend a year traveling the globe with them from July 2023-July 2024. She loves to read and considers that an extension of inner and outer journeys. She grew up in Montana and is happiest when she finds herself sitting near crystal clear water at the base of a mountain with sunshine on her face.

988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. While some areas may be currently able to connect to the Lifeline by dialing 988, this dialing code will be available to everyone across the United States starting on July 16, 2022.
When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.
The current Lifeline phone number (1-800-273-8255) will always remain available to people in emotional distress or suicidal crisis, even after 988 is launche
